He has a passion for diving, which works out well for the guests on board as he often catches lobsters and other delicacies the se has to offer and cooks what he catches. He speaks English and Swedish as well as Greek. He is in his thirties and enjoys good music and a good book. Stavros loves the sea and loves sailing and will ensure that all who sail with him will want to do it again!	George Hatzihalkias has over 18 years of experience as a cook in 5-star restaurants, hotels including Glasgow. He has also worked as a cook in many restaurants in Greece. He is very pleasant, willing and will always do his outmost to serve the clients. Additionally, he has the ability of understanding fast the desires and wishes of the guests. He speaks English, very hospitable, easy going, open minded and flexible in communication. George specializes in Mediterranean cuisine. He loves Greek & Italian cuisine as well. He is 47 years old and single, born in Greece.
